WHAT
The GO-IN! project intends to address: the construction of collaborative networks between neighboring territories for the improvement of the economic, ecological-environmental and welfare system; and even long-distance relationships, supported by the digitalization process; economic reactivation and repopulation , according to specific territorial potential and vocations, including the valorisation of local production chains and tourism; the protection and enhancement of the architectural and landscape heritage , in order to improve its knowledge and tourist and cultural attractiveness.
GO-IN!, in linea con la misura 3 (Turismo e Cultura) della missione 1 del PNRR, tratta la costruzione di sistemi informativi digitali e piattaforme virtuali a diversi livelli di utilizzo.

La loro applicazione a un contesto localizzato, un'area interna fragile, intende portare benefici al centro storico stesso e alle sue aree di "gravitazione".​

L'obiettivo generale del progetto è testare le potenzialità dei sistemi GIS digitali e delle piattaforme virtuali per la valorizzazione e la conservazione di contesti fragili e poco accessibili.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES (OS)
OS1 _Ensure the correct development of project activities and financial aspects.
OS2 _Structuring a method for the study and knowledge of the historic center and its territorial and landscape system
OS3 _Develop a methodological protocol for the digitalisation of the historic centers of internal areas.
OS4 _Create a technologically innovative tool for monitoring and managing sites at risk of depopulation
OS5 _Increase the tourist attractiveness and accessibility of the historic center
OS6 _Define an innovative model for estimating the impacts of the use of GIS and VP applied to internal areas
OS7 _Produce a map of the "Network of internal areas" for the replicability of the method
OS8 _Develop dissemination, communication and capacity building actions

OS1 > monitoring report and project financial management report
OS2 > collection of documentation on the case study and definition of indicators for estimating the impacts of the project
OS3 > Technical Reports on new interdisciplinary methodological approaches and data collection/processing protocols
OS5 > Online event simulations and tests to stimulate user-user and user-space interactions in the digital duplicate
OS6 > prototype Monitoring Plan with guidelines for monitoring long-term impacts
OS7 > Charta of internal areas online for the replicability of the project in the Matera Mountains and at a national level
OS8 > publications in scientific journals, organization of study days and training courses to strengthen the skills of the Stigliano technical office
